Talent Development Manager

Our client, a global alternative asset manager, is seeking a Talent and Culture Development Manager to join their Human Capital Talent team. This role is hybrid, 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and implement interventions to improve the office culture
- Support the delivery of talent initiatives to unlock the potential of the firm's people
- Lead and implement the delivery of high-performing talent development programs to enhance current skills and accelerate development
- Collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners and business leaders across businesses and regions on talent priorities
- Support firmwide talent processes – succession planning, talent reviews, engagement and performance management – to ensure effective execution
- Act as a player-coach to local leaders and to improve their understanding of culture and talent topics
- Proactively communication and support organizational change to ensure initiatives are well implemented
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Experience in Management Consulting at a top tier firm (i.e., Big 3+4), preferably in the people or human capital vertical
- Track record of driving positive change in talent, people, or development in fast paced organizations, preferably with a global or distributed footprint
- Able to apply consulting skills to problem solve, analyze and communicate a proposed solution to problems, with a goal-oriented approach
- Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Data-driven individual who can use facts to drive decision making, and identify metrics to measure program efficacy
- Proven track record of collaboration and influencing partners
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that build and sustain positive relationships at all levels
- Experience in Financial Services industry is a plus
