We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst with a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives. As a Financial Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's efforts to optimize financial performance through the application of digital technologies and strategies. Responsibilities


  • Support all accounting and financial functions, including month-end close process, key account reconciliations, and analysis.
  • Advises management of actions and potential risks.
  • Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist with financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to evaluate the financial impact of digital transformation initiatives. Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights related to digital transformation initiatives. Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to support data-driven decision-making..
  • Review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective deals.
  • Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
  • Assists in interim and annual external and internal audits.
  • Partners with IT and other groups for accounting system processes and ERP implementations as needed.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years’ progressive Finance experience
  • Background with accounting ERP Systems (Oracle and Netsuite experience is a plus)
  • A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus
  • “Roll up the sleeves” self-starter with the ability to both dig into the details and think strategically
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who can independently manage staff accountants
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective
  • Above average attention to detail and follow up
  • Software Industry experience in a high growth environment preferred
