Administrative Assistant

Times Media Group, a leading print and digital publishing company serving the Phoenix, Tucson, and Los Angeles markets, is seeking a professional to join its team as an Administrative Assistant at its Tempe office.
Responsibilities include a wide range of duties consisting of data entry, account management, client customer service, maintaining and approving sales agreements, executive management support and help with the administration of a variety of company needs.
A good candidate for this position will possess the following:
● Strong computer skills
● Exceptional organizational skills
● Great communication skills, both verbal and written
● Is comfortable speaking with clients
● Understands the importance of great customer service and a positive attitude to the workplace
● Entry level accounting competencies
● Technical competencies a plus

This is a full-time position. Compensation for this position is market competitive and benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation and sick time.
