JOB DESCRIPTION

Description (Core Responsibilities):

  • Analyze and develop solutions to complex HR Service Desk processes and/or issues impacting data integrity and/or quality assurance.
  • Lead the integration of new services in the HR Service Desk, including analysis, design, requirements, UAT testing, documentation and delivery of training/support materials.
  • Identify OpX opportunities within HR Service desk and lead small to medium scope transformational efforts as directed by department manager.
  • Execute higher complexity US and Canadian benefits administration as needed.
  • Provide leadership and expert-level analysis/resolution to projects associated with reaching departmental goals, changes in law, policies and/or company initiatives within the HR Service Desk team.
  • Generate/maintain HR Service Desk content and process documentation.
  • Maintain HR Service Desk performance analytics (via Power BI).


Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience day-to-day administration within HRIS system, including benefits administration and testing configuration changes
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Advanced level Excel, proficient with all other Office Applications
  • Analytical, strong problem solver
  • Power BI experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-motived, demonstrates initiative, quick learner


Nice to have skills:

  • PeopleSoft Benefits Administration experience
  • Canadian HR experience (eg. Benefits, Compliance, etc.)


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $25.00 to $35.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
