We’re seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to help us stand out and connect with our community through both social media and traditional marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute thoughtful, client-centered marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. Manage and grow our online presence by engaging with our audience and building a positive brand image in the highly competitive personal injury sector.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content that highlights our dedication to clients, including blog posts, graphics, and videos that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Traditional Marketing: Coordinate and implement traditional marketing strategies, including print, events, and community outreach, that reflect our client-first philosophy and drive visibility in a crowded marketplace.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with our legal team to showcase client success stories and foster strong relationships through marketing initiatives that emphasize our dedication to client satisfaction in personal injury cases.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies focused on client needs and market positioning.
  • Budget Projection & Forecasting: Work closely with management to project the marketing budget and forecast future needs based on the rate of new client acquisition. Ensure that marketing efforts align with the firm’s growth goals and financial planning in the personal injury field.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our firm remains innovative and competitive while maintaining a client-first approach.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Skills: Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and traditional marketing. A track record of success in executing various forms of traditional marketing campaigns, such as print, events, and community outreach, is highly valued—especially in the personal injury sector.
  • Analytical Abilities: Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Budget management experience and the ability to forecast based on client acquisition data is a plus.
  • Creative & Strategic Mindset: A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for growing brands in a client-first environment. Ability to think strategically and execute with precision, particularly in a competitive legal market.
