DAY TO DAY

  • Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Creating and tracking workflows (submittals, work approvals, RFIs)
  • Team communications – Meetings, Commitments and Deadlines
  • Tracking contractor production and employee count, sending out weekly reports
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors
  • Coordinated multidiscipline, technical field issues with contractors


MUST HAVES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience
  • General commercial construction background/knowledge is a plus. Manufacturing construction is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize with a bias for action
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills – Will be tasked with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes with a team player mindset
  • Attention to detail is mandatory
  • Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions
