It's important that the person in this role has previous experience, not looking to train, needing an experienced professional that can hit the ground running


Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT professional that has experience in both providing level 2 support & resolving printer issues (connectivity, networking, maintenance, etc.)


This role specifically encompasses the following duties:


  • Responsible for providing service and support on VIP devices at customer headquarter locations.
  • Work with customer helpdesk to provide printer support needed and provide level 2 support for high priority and critical printer tickets.
  • Responsible for working with customers ticket system and monitoring ticket queue.
  • Responsible for contacting end users directly as needed to troubleshoot printer issues.
  • Responsible for working directly with Lexmark tech support center on diagnosing printer issues and opening service requests for dispatching a technician to insure devices have the maximum potential to be up and running as soon as possible.
  • Responsible for providing printer solution support on all Lexmark printers.
  • Work with customer helpdesk manager to insure all printer tickets are updated.
  • Assist with training activities as required to customer population.
  • Provide outstanding support by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
