What You’ll Do

If you’re the right fit, you likely need no explanation, but here goes anyways…


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage commercial HVAC and general contracting projects from award to closeout
  • Review and negotiate contracts and purchase orders with customers and vendors
  • Manage project budgets, schedule and GC/sub/vendor relationships
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, owners, field staff, general contracts, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders to get work done efficiently
  • Monitor jobsite safety, manage change orders, and deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Provide exceptional client communication and maintain high-quality workmanship standards


Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve proven yourself in commercial construction project management (HVAC experience is a plus)
  • You’re an excellent communicator. You’ll have to navigate and solve many complex problems that you might not have the answers for, but you know how to get them and how to execute the solution.
  • You’re looking to grow and to help grow the people around you. The ideal candidate would be looking to step into a Senior PM role within 3-12 months and have the capacity and leadership skills to eventually move into the Operations Manager position.
