Job Title: Account Coordinator

·      Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

·      Salary: $50,000 base + benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to be the key liaison between our internal team, contractor partners, and insurance providers. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for logistics and coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and insurance providers regarding insurance claims.
  • Monitor the progress of insurance claims from initiation to completion, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to coordinate project timelines and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all claims and communications.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in claim management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in software CRM and other project management systems (Monday.com, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in roofing, construction or insurance roles is a plus, but not required.
