Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Hearing Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the Los Angeles area for potential occasional office visits if the role transitions to a permanent position. The primary responsibility will be assisting with ZOOM Arbitration calls. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on camera, familiar with ZOOM, and have a background in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), with a preference for those with Paralegal experience or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ZOOM Arbitration calls, ensuring smooth operations and technical functionality.
  • Be comfortable and professional on camera, managing the virtual environment effectively.
  • Utilize knowledge of ADR to facilitate and support dispute resolution processes.
  • Coordinate with legal teams and arbitrators to schedule and manage arbitration sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to arbitration proceedings.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for participants during ZOOM calls.


Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the Los Angeles area.
  • Proficiency with ZOOM and other virtual communication tools.
  • Comfortable with on-camera participation and virtual meeting facilitation.
  • Training or familiarity with ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Paralegal or possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
