Manhattan Strategies is seeking an Associate for Digital Marketing to elevate the potential of clients no matter their size. The ideal candidate is a professional who is skilled in placing and optimizing paid media campaigns, including on Meta, Google and similar platforms. The Associate for Digital Marketing will also work as a data analyst and is also responsible for scoping, tracking, communicating, and responding to insights.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role, in a communications, marketing or advocacy campaign environment
  • 3+ years of work experience in programmatic advertising; ConnectedTV, Native, and/or Out-Of-Home experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage from concept inception through the implementation of running paid digital advertising campaigns utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant channels
  • Experience media planning and determining the most suitable media mix dependent on client digital campaign objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage processes and collaborate in a technical manner
  • Familiarity with range of data, monitoring and analysis platforms or interest in learning
  • Proficiency with data analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets or interest in learning
  • Ability to spearhead A/B testing of digital ad campaigns to optimize the program for the audience


Benefits & Compensation:

  • Base salary range is $58,000 to $98,000 per year
  • Benefits include bonus eligibility, unlimited PTO, paid family leave, healthcare, dental and 401(k) with employer match
