Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Copywriter at AETHER Apparel. The Copywriter will be responsible for writing all product descriptions, email blasts to customers, the Journal Postings on our Website, developing effective communication strategies, creating marketing content, and proofreading various materials.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Write engaging and persuasive copy for various channels, including website product pages, email campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, we and more.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with the design team to bring copy concepts to life through visually compelling content.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably within the outdoor apparel or lifestyle industry.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples, including product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
