Location: Richfield, Minnesota

Logistics: On-site, 5 days/week

Schedule: 2ND Shift OVERNIGHT: 5 PM- 1:30 AM Tues- Sat (OFF SUNDAY, MONDAY)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $20- $22/hour


Must-haves

  • High School/GED Equivalent
  • 2+ year of Customer Service Experience in Retail, Call Center, or similar industry
  • 1+ years Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Access, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

Plusses

  • Prior public safety experience
  • Understanding of CCTV systems
  • Alarm monitoring experience
  • Experience working at a Retail store, Repair Depot, In-Home Services, or Distribution Center preferred
  • Facilities/Properties/HVAC experience
  • Fluency in Spanish or other language
  • Call Center Experience


Day-to-Day

Insight Global is seeking a Crisis Operations and Monitoring Specialist that will directly and indirectly provide monitoring and support for crisis that affects an Enterprise company who is headquarter in Minnesota. The primary responsibility is for answering, triaging, and providing initial response to Emergency Hotline as well as making Crisis Management calls and ensuring reporting tools are utilized to document and notify individuals and teams that may need to provide additional support to the reporters. Specialists are also responsible for specialized response to Energy Management situations submitted by store leadership through facilities tickets.

On the Monitoring side, the team which is responsible for monitoring retail and supply chain locations with the goal of preventing burglaries and reducing losses due damage to the companies facilities. The team also works to meet the needs of the broader Global Threat Detection and Response organization. This team works closely with a wide array of Corporate and Field business partners as well as Law Enforcement at a city/state/federal level.

You will provide a support role to corporate teams and field locations before, during, and after an emergency incident. This position provides monitoring and notification of situations that either are, or could, cause a crisis for the company, and may serve as initial bridge between field locations and Crisis Operation Seniors, Analysts and leadership when an incident occurs. The specialist will provide support to Crisis Management Sr's, Analysts, Leadership, and extended ERC groups.
