  • Conduct due diligence to assess strategic acquisition prospects.
  • Manage M&A initiatives with precision and foresight.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for candidates with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) focusing on finance, strategy, or general management.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, operations, finance, product management, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
  • Proficiency in financial data modeling with a keen interest in big data analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization and BI tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various leadership levels towards common goals.
  • Expertise in managing change within complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business functions and their interconnections.
  • Utilize broad operational knowledge to effectively manage cross-functional assignments.
