Our client, a well-known retail/apparel company, is looking for an Order Management Analyst to join their team for an onsite 6-month contract in Eugene, OR.


Overview:

The focus of the role is to facilitate timely and accurate execution of order management, returns management and consolidated reporting views for the defined portfolio to achieve the revenue and profitability plan.

Monitor order entry, drive correct vendor compliance and ensure SOX 404B controls in place while performing activities

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain established controls and ensure established procedures (SOP’s - Standard Operating Procedures) are followed in close collaboration with the external provider (3rd party) to achieve agreed targets
  • Establish close customer relationships with defined Strategic and non-strategic Accounts and act as first point of contact related conversion of order book and planned demand
  • Facilitate growth through optimizing operational excellence of end to end OTC processes from order procurement through delivery conversion
  • Ensure 404B Compliance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B or .com customer service, with 1-2 years in a corporate setting (apparel industry preferred).
  • Experience in order management
  • Technical experience with SAP or similar ERP system
  • Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
  • Strong Customer Support Skills
