Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our Private Client team, focusing on high-net-worth individuals. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing new business, building comprehensive proposals, and presenting these proposals to prospective clients. You will work closely with our existing Account Managers who handle servicing and maintaining our current and future book of business.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract high net worth individuals

• Build detailed, tailored insurance proposals for prospective clients

• Present proposals to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of new clients to Account Managers

• Identify cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base

• Stay current with market trends and product offerings in the high-net-worth Private Client sector

• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and negotiate favorable terms for clients

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the department


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients

• Strong understanding of personal lines products including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Proven track record of closing high-value accounts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Active Property & Casualty license required

Salary up to $90k + Commission
