Role: Director - Commercial Analytics

Locations: Open to - Boston, Chicago, and LA


You will be responsible for:

The candidate is expected to lead cross-functional teams and deliver engagements, ensuring client delight. He/she is expected to drive the team’s growth by mentoring and expansion along with building solutions, and models that can be sold as analytics models to clients.


Expected impact:

Candidate should be able to deliver cross-functional projects with the highest quality, mentor team to create the next layer of leadership.


Must have:


  • 18+ years of strong Consulting experience in Commercial Analytics & Pharma / Life Sciences domain
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Rich experience having delivered consulting projects to Pharma clients for the US market.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful analytics solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Relevant experience with tools such as MS Excel, R, SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of analysts and consultants.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity/expertise in pharmaceutical data sets, such as prescriber-plan data, patient-level data, transactional claims, EMR/EHR data, SPP Hub data, diagnostic data, etc., is a big plus.
