The Operations Specialist will act as a primary point of contact for Grip and its clients, overseeing daily operations to ensure all orders meet quality and schedule expectations.


Specific responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are accurately packed and shipped on schedule.

• Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and clients on order and fulfillment-related inquiries.

• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse activities and client experience team to address any client questions, including receiving and fulfillment issues.

• Support special projects related to new clients or product launches, ensuring efficient integration into existing workflows.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain up-to-date records and ensure stock accuracy.

• Provide management with regular operational updates, highlighting any issues impacting order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with local carrier partners to manage last-minute changes or pick-up issues.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Practical experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics.

• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse processes, from receiving to shipping.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to oversee multiple daily operations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to act as a liaison between Grip and clients.

• Proficiency in inventory management or warehouse management systems


Compensation:

$18/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
