Administrative Assistant

Stuckert & Yates is a full-service, community-centric law firm located in the heart of Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are seeking an individual to assist our attorneys in their practices, and provide critical support and excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will excel at multi-tasking, prioritizing workload; organizational skills and will work well as part of a team environment.
In addition to client interaction, regular duties will include typing, telephone calls, appointment scheduling, document review and revision, financial record-keeping, coordination of conferences, supply management, filing (electronic and paper), correspondence and work on special client projects. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to utilize client management software.
Full-time hours preferred, but will consider part-time hours for a strong candidate.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
