As our Business Conduct and Global Compliance group grows, we are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Communications/Marketing Manager. In this role you will take on many roles, including writer, researcher, event planner, Keynote designer, project manager, and communications expert. This position works with internal partners and subject matter experts to help advise, develop, produce and implement communication programs targeted towards client employees, globally.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Account, vendor, and/or project management experience at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department

  • Ability to build and send emails in Composer and Direct Mail
  • Strong Keynote, Pages and, ideally, Photoshop skills
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, playing multiple roles as needed
  • Proactive, can-do attitude


Description:


  • Help to develop/execute internal and external marketing plans to optimize Business Conduct and compliance-related communications.
  • Re-message assets and design in Keynote, strong Keynote experience is needed to revamp design of decks
  • Develop training material messaging
  • Event tool setup administration
  • Support and execute on reporting needs
  • Clearly and consistently articulate global compliance messaging across various platforms.
  • Work cross functionally to deliver marketing assets that will help drive traffic to various communications platforms.
  • Work closely with our partners in People team, Marcom, Global Security, and Retail to optimize/execute global communications campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment of communications/marketing project plans and timelines.
  • Strive for continuous improvement by meeting with internal partners and teams to assess results and identify how marketing plans can improve.
  • Continually push boundaries, leverage new channels and techniques, and identify effective strategies.
  • Regularly create and update content for internal websites and digital campaigns.
  • Work with our trainers to create and support logistics and communications for live training.
  • Assist with digital media projects and manage asset repository
  • Manage business team collaboration and knowledge management tools (WebEx, Slack, Box, Quip, etc)


Location: Bay Area Cupertino CA, must be onsite 3 days a week

Duration: 3 months, plus potential extension

Compensation: $45-56hr DOE
