Job Description:

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Accessories Engineer Program Manager to join our team in Cupertino, CA. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining communications within the team, handling cross-team organization, communication, and management, and developing project design development plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project design development plans
  • Build and maintain communications within the development team
  • Handle cross-team organization, communication, and management
  • Develop meetings and document action items and progress
  • Report and present project status and escalations to senior management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in consumer products and/or other product development
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Consistent track record of managing products through the entire product life cycle from concept to post shipment optimization
  • Experience working with off-shore manufacturers and travel to manufacturing sites
  • Exceptional organizational, management, and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
