Job Description:
Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Accessories Engineer Program Manager to join our team in Cupertino, CA. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining communications within the team, handling cross-team organization, communication, and management, and developing project design development plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project design development plans
- Build and maintain communications within the development team
- Handle cross-team organization, communication, and management
- Develop meetings and document action items and progress
- Report and present project status and escalations to senior management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in consumer products and/or other product development
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Consistent track record of managing products through the entire product life cycle from concept to post shipment optimization
- Experience working with off-shore manufacturers and travel to manufacturing sites
- Exceptional organizational, management, and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
