SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform, and other ERP Systems. The candidate should possess an understanding of integrating and converting ERP systems and be adept at customizing and extending the functionality of them to meet the organization's business needs.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements for system development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Manage, maintain and optimize Business Central and Power Platform Environments.
  • Support legacy ERP transitions to Business Central.
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform development tools.
  • Customize and extend the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including designing and implementing new features, modules, workflows, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business applications using various integration technologies and APIs.
  • Manage datasets in SQL, Dataverse and SharePoint lists.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, performance, and data integrity.
  • Stay current with the latest updates and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform related technologies, incorporating new features and capabilities into the development process.
  • Document technical specifications, design decisions, and changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to others, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or alternate relevant IT certifications along with experience and exceptional capability
  • 5+ years’ experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including extensions, customizations, and integrations.
  • Experience working with and integrating dissimilar database systems.
  • Experience IN Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience ERP systems and business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
