ServicePoint is seeking a Sales Lead for a direct hire opportunity that is remote.


  • This individual must be located on the east coast


The Sales Lead will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, customer service, and sales skills to maintain and expand our client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to sell services to existing clients, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting client specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Negotiate and manage client contracts, ensuring terms are met and renewed as appropriate.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Lead or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of industry trends and market conditions
