What will you be doing?
Attend project walk-through.
Set up project folders and contact list.
Review project plans and specifications for completeness.
Assist with project estimating and buy-out and attend job meetings
Direct contact with Foreman. Answer questions/resolve issues/order material.
Building project schedule.
Issue purchase orders and monthly billing
Submit shop drawings and follow thru approval.
Issue RFIs and change orders.
Resolve project questions with G.C., owner and subcontractors.
What you need to know
Project estimating.
Design and or Building
Coordination drawings.
Time Management
Communicate with clients and teammates
Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC systems
