Location: Spokane, WA Hybrid (4 days per Week onsite)

Duration: 12-month Contract (with possible extensions up to 5 years)


Provides coordination and control support for organizational programs. Coordinates and assists managers and other assigned personnel by creating documentation and operating procedures for assigned programs. Provides analysis, data entry, tracking and monitoring of assigned programs.


Position Responsibilities:

Coordinator for program documentation.

Coordinates planning and scheduling in support of assigned programs as requested by the Manager.

Collaborates with other departments as necessary to meet program requirements.

Assists Manager with developing and implementing technical tools to support assigned programs.

Produces and maintains documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics; prioritizes tasks and anticipates program needs.

Conducts and/or supports the compilation and analysis of technical source data necessary for program development.

Coordinates program activities, which may include establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, and providing guidance.

Works closely with Manager, providing tracking and research for assigned programs.

May provide some technical guidance to less experienced program or administrative personnel.


Position Requirements:

Education & Corresponding Experience

A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering (or closely related field) is preferred. A Business, Legal or Engineering background is strongly preferred.

8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.

10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.

12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.

Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program/project coordination/control and progressively more technical in nature.


Required Technical Skills & Experience

Expert proficiency in automated data systems to include SharePoint and Visio and a high degree of efficiency in technical dynamics of software output (e.g. use of advanced printing such as to plotters, capabilities of cross-software embedding for purposes of presentations, technical webinars, etc.).
