JOB SUMMARY

Focus: Responsible for Lead Generation, Tracking, and Strategy based on the data. You understand not only how to position a message and use the correct platform, but you make your decisions based on the numbers. You are a data-driven marketer who is ready to manage all testing, analysis, and improvement of our conversion points in the marketing funnel. You are not just the person who slaps a picture and a few words onto social media. You create, program and execute a strategy based on data. You are a detailed-oriented team player who is willing to constantly evolve and learn about an ever-changing AEC industry and stay abreast of all online and social media trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Position ATG at the top of all major searches for our product and service offerings.
  • Collect and analyze market data and assist with establishing marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns
  • Own the ATG social media platforms, ensuring content and graphics are fresh and relevant to potential customers, current customers, and potential employees.
  • Build and execute marketing strategy through a broad range of online advertising channels such as search, display banners, geotargeting, email and social.
  • Provide analytics-based strategic insights and direction to assist in marketing campaign performance.
  • Analyze leads trends, report on how campaigns are converting and suggest alternate ways to help boost our conversion rate.
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel and offer suggestions for how to manage them better.
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets.
  • Lead tracking in CRM database and reporting on a consistent basis.
  • Assist with competitive and market research to continually improve overall communications and marketing strategy.
  • Assist Director of Marketing with executing on planned marketing campaigns to reach marketing goals.
  • Better understand the software we have at our disposal that allows us to work more efficiently to collect leads, including but not limited to HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Zendesk.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect sales opportunities
  • Track and measure marketing tactics and return on investment of those tactics with our partners, Bluebeam and Autodesk.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required plus 5-plus years of related experience
  • Experience with marketing software and technology including, but not limited to HubSpot, Gong, and Dynamics 365 or similar software.
  • Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals
  • Strong analytical skills: able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication to express ideas and share marketing strategies
  • Desire to stay current on the latest marketing strategies and best practices
  • Varied marketing experience on different types of marketing campaigns including digital campaigns
  • Experience using programming Google Analytics, Google Ad campaigns, keywords and search campaigns.
  • Must have experience boosting, programming, and purchasing ads/posts in LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have a genuine passion to WIN.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional interruptions. Able to be at desk, phone and computer for long periods of time preparing, sending and receiving emails.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and phone skills, customer service, and written/oral communication skills required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work a minimum of a 40-hour workweek, plus additional as required to complete assignments on a timely basis. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry various office items up to 30 pounds.


ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Some overnight travel required. Office environment consists of a modular office that includes adequate lighting, heating/cooling, equipment, and furniture in good working condition. Must be able to work constructively and cheerfully in an environment that may be stressful due to adversarial situations, and always maintaining company as well as employee confidentiality. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
