We provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy at our center to positively impact the lives of those with autism and other pervasive developmental disorders. Our services are tailored to children aged birth through 18.

Role Description

The BCBA Clinical Director position at Skipping Stones is a full-time, on-site role located in Vancouver, WA. As the BCBA Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of behavior technicians and therapists. Your role will involve overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, providing behavior intervention services, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure effective outcomes for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Experience supervising behavior technicians and providing feedback and guidance
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
