Clinical Leadership Opportunity
FCS, Inc is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to fill the role of Director of Clinical Services. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality psychiatric and substance abuse treatment services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee and supervise clinical treatment programs in inpatient and outpatient settings
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in Social Work or related field
* Previous experience in inpatient psychiatric healthcare and knowledge of treatment principles
* Management experience at a director level preferred
* Independent licensure in the state of WA or willingness to obtain
**Compensation:**
* Competitive salary range: $110k - $130k (dependent on licensure status)
