Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant located in Gig Harbor, WA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and, preparing documents, and assisting with other general office tasks.


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in property management and accounting (Yardi)
