The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) as well as a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technologies. If selected, your roles and responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware failures.
  • Identifying network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers.
  • Providing technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts.
  • Providing mentorship to junior Technicians.


MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 yrs. of experience providing “white-glove” executive level support
  • 5 yrs. of experience providing end-user support.
  • 5 yrs. of experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation.
  • 5 yrs. of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment.
  • 5 yrs. of experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams.
  • 4 yrs. of experience supporting video teleconferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 yrs. of experience creating technical knowledge articles.
  • 4 yrs. of experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment.
  • 5 yrs. of experience working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
