Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Thursday in office, Friday WFH
The Business Systems Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Manager and is responsible for SAP configurations. Common essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system.
- Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies.
- Distill vision and strategy for the team. Evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to, scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities and documentation.
- Work with cross functional teams including HQ, Engineering teams, operation teams, and vendors if required.
- Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.
Background/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP R/3.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred).
- Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability using Microsoft Office products to Expert/Advanced level.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines.
- Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills.
- Korean speaking is a plus but not required.
