We enhance the joy of dog parenthood by helping to create better canine citizens. Being a dog parent can be one of the most rewarding experiences life has to offer. Our purpose is to make that a reality for every dog parent who walks through our doors. Daycare enriches a dog’s life with a sense of purpose and a regular schedule of exercise, socialization, and education. This produces an endless list of “at-home” benefits to make being a dog parent less stressful and more joyful.

The primary responsibility is to grow the number of dogs in daycare.

· Fully understand the daycare and boarding model

· Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services

· Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents

· Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center

· Establish and manage the guerilla marketing effort for the Center

· Implement and manage the Guerilla Marketing Campaign

· Manage the referral program

· Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center

· Convert the Meet & Greets to a pass or membership sale

· Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet

· Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Requirements:

o Proven work experience in sales or marketing degree

o Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

o Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

o Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

o Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
