We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a track record of superior performance in the construction industry to join our motivated team. You will be responsible for leveraging your experience and skills to drive growth, solve complex construction challenges, and ultimately, help our company achieve its strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive business growth.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct client presentations and proposal development.
  • Facilitate meetings and negotiations with potential partners and clients.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.


Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Business Development.
  • Essential industry experience in construction is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Excellent presentation and networking skills.
