Responsibilities
- Assist the team in recording expectations and requirements of a management plan and system
- Interface with business units, develop business requirements, and record them using tools such as Jira
- Communicate key points and requirements to all stakeholders, internal partners, and external partners
- Requirements gathering and analysis / breakdown of large requests into user stories and/or component
- Perform analysis on large datasets to determine data quality
- Participate in all stages of the SDLC including analysis, design, testing, release, and maintenance
- Record all solutions based on regulatory, compliance policies, and standards of the organization
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong proficiency in UAT, Scrum, SDLC, and change management
- Proven ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Experienced in constructing, writing, and executing test cases
- Ability to analyze and conceptualize workflows
