You will play a pivotal role in coordinating activations, sponsorships, and partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in marketing, event planning, and consumer engagement, preferably within the beverage industry. You will leverage your expertise to initiate and manage projects and partnerships specifically within Austin, maintaining and nurturing these relationships moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation plans to drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Identify and analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform activation strategies.
- Plan, organize, and execute brand events, including tastings, festivals, sponsorships, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Work with the sales team to align brand activation efforts with sales objectives.
- Manage the brand activation budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on the ROI of brand activation activities.
Requirements:
- Extremely strong project management skills and experience.
- A thorough understanding of how to create and drive successful partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Partnership Manager or in a similar role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where taking initiative is imperative and ambiguity is embraced.
