This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and related data presentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data mining and analysis, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and the ability to undertake ad-hoc analyses and manage special projects.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as per organizational requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis across multiple business units.
  • Manage special projects within the accounting/finance realm.
  • Provide supervision and support to other team members within the accounting/finance teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual financial and personnel budgets.
  • Handle calculations pertaining to commissions and bonus payouts.
  • Execute various month-end duties, including accrual calculations and account reconciliations.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, including expertise in report creation and data mining/analysis.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in presenting financial data to stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executive teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in processing large volumes of data.
  • Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex organizational and financial challenges.
  • Skilled in organizing, directing, and managing projects and/or teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
