Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in reviewing the general ledger, performing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting journal entry reclasses.

This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Record and review activity in the general ledger, including accruals, G&A expenses, and sales deductions.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports for use by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Provide support for external customers for planning and budgeting processes.
  • Provide support for year-end and interim external audits.
  • Perform other analytical duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years accounting experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel. Strong verbal/written communications skills and organizational skills.

Pay Details

$70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
