Role Description
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be at the helm of our sales and partnership endeavors, driving CoDev’s revenue growth from $20M to $100M in sales. This pivotal role not only demands profound expertise in B2B sales within the software industry but also a visionary approach to sculpting a world-class sales organization tailored for sustained success.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Revenue Officer. The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for lead generation, account management, sales, partnerships, strategic planning, and sales operations. The role is based in Lehi, UT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive sales & partnership strategy that aligns with CoDev’s mission and market opportunities.
- Lead the sales team to meet strategic goals, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Establish and nurture key partnerships and relationships that enhance CoDev’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Oversee the integration of robust sales systems and processes to ensure operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and plan for sustained growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience scaling a company’s revenue significantly (e.g., from $20M to $50M) within the software or tech staffing industry.
- Extensive knowledge and a successful track record in B2B sales, particularly in selling software solutions or staffing software teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with an aptitude for strategic partnership development.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
