What You’ll Do:

As a Financial Service Professional, you will:

  • Begin with a 4-month training program: During this period, you will study for and obtain your SIE while receiving in-depth training on clients, systems, and products. Hands-on coaching and practice time will be provided throughout the program.
  • Serve as a first point of contact: After training, you will join a team and handle 25-30 inbound contacts daily, assisting with everything from basic account inquiries to complex financial transactions.
  • Deliver world-class service: Every interaction is an opportunity to embody client-centric values and create stellar experiences.
  • Problem-solve and advise: Use critical thinking to resolve issues in real time and foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Research and navigate: Conduct thorough research using various databases to provide accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Career and community development: Participate in coaching, career development activities, ERG events, and other opportunities to connect with colleagues and build a sense of community.


What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about client service, and are eager to build a career in financial services. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
  • Registration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required or must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.
  • Core Skills: High empathy and a passion for helping people, strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, proficiency with computers and customer service software, and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in or knowledge of the financial services industry.


Work Schedule and Locations:

  • Work Schedules: We offer flexible schedules to meet our customers' needs. Applicants must be available to work a scheduled shift anytime between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Location: This role follows our hybrid working model. During training, you’ll spend most of your time in the office to maximize in-person learning and coaching. After training, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule, working part of the week from home and part of the week in the office, depending on the needs of your team.
