Key Responsibilities

As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Design and Implement HR Policies & Processes: Develop and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing company-wide performance.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Drive proactive talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes that position the organization for sustained growth.
  • Employee Development: Establish performance management, training, and career development programs that foster individual growth and promote team retention.
  • Compliance & Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and federal and state employment laws.

Ideal Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Experience and Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Professional Certification: HRCI, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is highly valued.
  • Industry Background: Background in industries that value operational and project-based work; experience in medium- to large-sized organizations (200+ employees) is a plus.
  • HR Technology Proficiency: Skilled in implementing HRIS systems (such as Agentnoon, Lano, ChartHop, or Hibob) and advanced Microsoft Excel and database software knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
