Job Summary
The Human Resources Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee files, preparing correspondence, and coordinating events
• Assist with performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, and developing performance improvement plans
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform HR initiatives and improve business outcomes

Requirements
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
