Duration: 12 months

FT / W2 requirement


Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of software solutions using the .NET framework, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying new applications, as well as maintaining and improving existing systems.


  • Lead requirements analysis and project planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable .NET applications.
  • Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve performance and functionality.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.


Job Duties:

  • Extensive experience with the .NET framework and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
