This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company brand and products. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.


Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Develop and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including creating graphics and producing videos.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (image, video, written).
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
  • Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Digital Marketing Specialist Skills

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driving thinking.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.


Digital Marketing Specialist Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant online marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving, social and web analytic tools.
