CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) Search has been retained by a Chemical Manufacturing client to identify a Quality Assurance Manager to serve their team. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company’s products meet quality standards and regulations. They work with the QA team on testing and quality standards, but they also work with employees in general to ensure they understand the quality standards that are required throughout the process.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and reliability.
  • Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards.
  • Create and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that all materials meet quality standards.
  • Participate in the development of new products to ensure that quality requirements are met.
  • Manage the quality control team, including hiring, training, and performance management.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Quality Assurance
  • Experience working within Chemical Manufacturing or a relevant industry required.
  • Experience managing a team of quality control professionals.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
