About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Zenith Ventures. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and testing of custom leak testing devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Device Assembly and Installation: Assemble custom leak testing devices according to plan specifications, install pneumatic components and sensors for pressure, differential pressure, and flow, and configure and test interfaces such as Profinet.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Check each completed measuring device for functionality and quality, calibrate the measurement technology, and create documentation and test certificates.
  • Production Management: Process incoming orders in the measuring device production, create production documents for the production of measuring devices, and ensure timely delivery of components.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Train new employees, pick components for production, assign tasks to production employees, and ensure proper handling of measuring device production.
  • Quality and Compliance: Adhere to quality guidelines and company production guidelines, check development and planning specifications for accuracy, compliance, and feasibility, monitor inventory, and initiate material reorders.
  • Research and Development: Develop special remote controls and adapter cables, test new hardware in conjunction with the hardware development team, troubleshoot technical problems, and continuously improve the infrastructure in production.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You have completed training in mechatronics, mechanics, or electronics, or a similar qualification, and have some experience in leading small teams.
  • Desirable Qualifications: You ideally have a master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
