You'll work closely with candidates to educate them on the benefits, processes, and requirements of franchise ownership while effectively representing our brand values. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential franchise candidates through various outreach strategies, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with potential franchisees, conduct needs assessments, and tailor presentations to highlight how our franchise model aligns with their goals and values.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track all leads and prospects in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and effective progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of City Lifestyle, passionately representing our business values and mission to prospects, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Due Diligence: Educate candidates on the financial, operational, and logistical aspects of franchise ownership, and support them through the due diligence process.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with franchise candidates, guiding them through the decision-making process and providing a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to franchise opening.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in business development roles. Background in consultative or high-ticket sales is a plus.
  • Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Franchising: Understanding of the franchise model and familiarity with the processes involved in franchise sales.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively.
