What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Operations: Manage all aspects of landscape production, from initial planning to project completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Lead Teams: Direct and support our skilled crews, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize waste, staying within budget and on schedule.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address any issues that arise on-site, keeping projects on track and clients happy.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our Account Managers, Designers, and Executives to align production efforts with company goals and client expectations.
