Glamnetic, a leading omnichannel beauty brand, is seeking an experienced marketing leader as Senior Director of Growth. This individual will oversee the direct to consumer (DTC and Amazon) customer acquisition operations, along with driving marketing strategy and coordination across the broader team. The ideal candidate is experienced in and passionate about beauty, has a strong attention to detail, is obsessed with data, and highly values team building and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a domestic and international team across ad buying, ad creative operations and development, and broader marketing strategy across our DTC and Amazon channels.
  • Serve as the connective glue between marketing and other teams.
  • Manage relationships with core partners across ad platforms, agencies, and other tech partners.
  • Work closely with the Director of Brand to drive consistency across all messaging and broader visual identity.
  • Manage the internal web team of developers, project managers, and designers to maintain and drive improvements on the site.
  • Closely follow and evangelize cutting-edge marketing trends and strategies, both within and outside of the beauty space.
  • Serve as the Growth voice at the table for leadership discussions.
  • Lead data and reporting operations for the marketing team, including coordination with our external data partner and training and support for other internal team members.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team and broader company on marketing performance.
  • Support planning and execution of promotions and other marketing efforts on and off the site.
  • Oversee the growth of our TikTok Shop and other emerging marketplaces.
  • Assess potential partners and platforms as additions to the marketing and web tech stacks.


Required skills:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in direct response marketing for DTC brands.
  • Past hands-on optimization experience across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and / or programmatic display experience at low 8 figure per year marketing spends. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for process improvement.  Being process oriented is very important for this role. 
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • 3+ years of managing a team of marketers, including serving as a hiring manager for core roles.


Preferred skills:

  • Recent hands-on optimization experience across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and / or programmatic display experience.
  • Experience in ClickUp.
  • Experience in Looker, including, but not limited to, the buildout of dashboards and comfort with explores and merges.
  • Experience working within TikTok Shop.
  • Comfort with a range of attribution methods, including, but not limited to, UTM-based tracking, post purchase survey attribution, and multi-touch attribution (MTA).
  • Experience using multi-touch attribution partners like Northbeam and TripleWhale (Northbeam preferred).
  • Experience overseeing international team members.
  • Strong SEO strategic and executional experience. 
  • Experience fully owning a DTC P&L in coordination with a finance team.
