About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team at Patrick Ta Beauty. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's visual identity and developing innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our founder and Creative Director to develop and refine the brand's creative vision and aesthetic.
  • Champion the brand's creative expression across all marketing touchpoints, including product launch campaigns, social media, content, website, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead campaign development and execution, including ideating and refining concepts, developing content capture plans, and delivering launch asset toolkits.
  • Translate creative vision for retail-facing assets, including visual merchandising, in-store events, and consumer experiential events.
  • Collaborate with external creative partners, such as photographers, videographers, and agencies, to deliver high-quality content.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, technologies, and consumer behavior.
  • Develop and implement processes for ideation, refinement, and approval of creative work to deliver innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in art directing and designing visuals, working closely with copy and content.
  • Proven experience producing, organizing, leading, and art directing photoshoots, video shoots, and other major production events.
  • Expert-level experience in design tools such as InDesign and Photoshop, as well as creative project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines and fast-track schedules as needed.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a desire to pioneer and push for remarkable results.
