Requirements
- 1-2 years general office or other client-facing work experience
- Outgoing, professional demeanor: understands the importance of first impressions
- Enthusiastic and collaborative; eager to learn and apply new skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment; ability to communicate with tact and discretion
- Good organizational skills; attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Able to lift/carry 25 lbs. on occasion
- Able to work in office full-time
Responsibilities
- Open the office at 8:30 a.m. each morning
- Receive clients and guests at the front desk and ensure their needs are met while visiting
- Foster a friendly, welcoming "first-class" environment for clients, guests, and co-workers
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Ensure reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable
- Provide general administrative and legal support for Corporate and Business Transactions team
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
